These brand new Sportex 4 branch exhaust manifolds are designed to fit the classic rwd mk1 and mk2 Ford Escort with 1600 OHC (Pinto engine). Including RS Mexico built 1976. For use with Sportex 2 system only!

Sportex performance tubular multi branch exhaust manifold designed to produce more power and torque by using tuned pipe lengths that are free flowing and less restrictive then standard. Sportex exhausts are constructed using high quality aluminised steel for the pipe work and silencers and T304 polished stainless steel for the tailpipes. An excellent choice of tailpipe options is available to improve your cars looks from subtle round designs to stylish Boxsta ovals. A Sportex exhaust is designed to fit to the cars standard system using the original mounting points this applies to both rear silencers and performance systems. Sportex exhausts are designed to increase engine performance by being less restrictive than standard using free flowing silencers and bends that improve gas flow.

Exhaust back pressure is reduced giving noticeable power gains with a deeper sporting exhaust note. Additional power gains are achievable when combined with performance air filters.

Sportex performance exhausts are designed to fit to the standard system using the cars original mounting points and clamps were possible. It may be possible to fit this exhaust with other exhaust brands or to other similar car models but we can only guarantee a direct fit to the exact models as shown above.
